Common issues

Assistant responses are empty
  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Switch to another assistant model and retry.
Generate or Optimize button is disabled
  • Make sure the input field has content.
  • Check for required fields (model selection, topic).
Prompts are not saving
  • Confirm you are signed in.
  • Refresh and retry the Save action.
